As a former college athlete, I'd put the odds of you sprinting a legitimate sub 4.4 to be around 0.01 considering there are about 20-50 people that can do that in the country.

As I've said, no one here can really say I don't run ___ if they haven't seen me sprint. I don't care either since I'm aware of my athleticism. I don't see why I would lie about it either. Now I'm curious as to whether I can replicate it or even beat it as it was a few years ago. I've done sprints all the time since I was like 6 up until the end of H.S. (football/wrestling).

I've always told myself that I should've ran track (100m etc) in H.S. I ****ing hated running (distance) though. Everyone also says I should've done gymnastics since I can do some crazy **** on the rings (front lever, back lever, iron cross, etc.).

I would have absolutely nothing to say if he just posted pictures.

But claiming a 40y time in the top 1% of the population, implying absolutely no specific training for it, and not capitalizing on this genetic athletic ability, makes no sense to me.

I'm not saying it's impossible, it's just incredibly unlikely.

Still talking about my 40yd? Lol, not that serious. I started doing pushups, squats, lunges, and sprints right out of my mom's womb.

I cut up very quickly when I do cardio. I actually eat a lot of carbs so I'd like to see what happens when I limit carbs to compete.
No offense but if youre claiming AAS, dont make an ignorant assumption. Creatine Mono, Animal Rage, and multivitamins. I wouldn't be stagnant at 146 if I did AAS and I sure as hell would look a lot bigger.

3-weeks on PHAT, 2 weeks on bulk. Weighed in at 181, no food in stomach and freshly ****ted. Water and glycogen weight most likely with some added fat - don't think I'm looking horribly fat**** though.

Also, getting tired of my left arm being ****ing Pop Eye and my right arm looking some some deformed tentacle doievenlift.jpg.

Updating again near Feb.
