Question to Dye Techs about a faulty gun
Hi, I purchased a PMR back in February, and finally have had the chance to go play with it today. The gun was having problems firing even after I had my tank fixed by Smart parts. This was a real upset because it was my first time playing airball and I wanted to test it out. Once again this gun was brand new right from the retailer with leaks and the problem seems to be the solenoid according to my field owner and techs. My field was cool though so they let me use a rental ion to play.
My question is since this gun was purchased from punisherpb.com in February brand new and has never been shot before. Should I contact punisher or call in to dye tech support for the exchange of solenoid or a new gun?
Please this was a major inconvenience for me and all trouble shooting steps were taken to try and fix it. I sent in my warranty card back in February.
Thanks guys again, for any help. Also I realize theres a lot of pmr owner problem threads and I apologize if this annoys anyone but, I really have no other choice.
