Well you seem to know it all...

The reason i didnt get a money order is because i had always just sent cash. It was habit.. Plus joseph needed the money and gun for some event so i figured i would send them at the same time so he would have them both at the same time, because i wanted to get him everything asap and even shipped Priority

Make sense?

You can cash a money order right there at the post office. If you went so far as to pay for Priority shipping (Standard shipping in most any trade by the way...) why didn't you just do a money order? Makes zero sense in trying to establish a legit trade.

You really haven't given any proof and neither has Jojo.. that is because as I stated earlier you guys mainly talked on the phone and through text. I apoligize for his rude behavior earlier in this thread but I think I'd be heated like that too if someone got away with my 08 ego, 100 bucks, and an out of hydro tank for a pm8 and 100 bucks..

He was more than considerate and you never met him halfway.. I hope your conscience eats at you and I believe in karma.

railz that is really all the important pm's i have..I have another one stating i can send a money order. So there was 2 in which i asked.

The rest are just him waiting to get his gun back from somewhere, then after i gave him ALL my information most of the communication was done over the phone.

Reading this whole thing he hit it right on the head. Neither of you have proof of sending money. Your best bet is to get your Pm8 back and give his ego 8 back and suck up the losses.

I have the word of the woman at the post office as well as the box contents, plus like 3 other people who saw me package it up..

i realize i have no physical evidence and that is my fault..

Do you have a receipt from shipping it out? I'm not on either side, but I'm telling you that without physcial evidence you can not prove anything even in the court of law, it would be hearsay evidence which has no upholading in the United States.

Yes i understand. As far as i know the label on the box when it was shipped was marked as having 3 pieces..

The gun, the barrel, and the money. I am sure i can get a hold of that receipt from the woman at the post office.

If you can then you start to open up a chance. Try to get a hold of that. Once you do with that and the accounts of whitnesses, you could probably get the police involved.

I realize he may not have got his money, but if i can get proof of sending it that is not my problem, and that is something he will just have to accept.

With what my gun is worth, i have payed 850 dollars for his ego. His exact ego8 brand new on Ansgear.com is only 850..so i think i am set. I will try to get my hands on the shipping information.

Sounds to me like the person that made the thread is the one that is scamming. He keeps lying about broken parts to get more money, then when the package arives with the cash, he jacks it and says it never came so he could get more out of you since you can't prove the cash is gone or not since you cant track it.

Actually Railz and the guys will tell you that in fact it IS your problem. Without proof that he received the cash, its on you to make sure he gets what he was owed.

Railz can confirm this but I've seen it posted NUMEROUS times.

The money was sent and delivered with everything i told him..i dont have physical proof but i have the most evidence that i can get to prove that...

I am on no one side here as well. Bet Cody has over whelming proof and a Federal Post Office Official willing to testify or write a letter saying the money and everything else was in the box! He also saved his PM's like what educated trades should do.

This not not Ebay everyone. You trade at your own risk. Its ultimately Jojo responsibility to prove him guilty. Remember innocent until proven guilty everyone. Jojo could of have just easily said no paypal or MO only. But he did not. now has not proof he is Lying or telling the truth.

Maybe if everyone would read rule one every time before they sell they would finally GET IT!
