With your pressure guage installed adjust hpr to about 190psi, now take out lpr set screw and turn counterclockwise until the gun won't cycle. Now turn clockwise one notch at a time until it fully cycles and there is no fsdo and install set screw. If you are still shooting low velocity increase hpr to desired velocity. If you are over 200psi on your guage that's totally fine. Make sure you have good paint/barrel match and paint isn't super fragile. Another thing is that some people said with the new bolt it is a tiny bit forward in the breech so if your is unscrew bolt assembly 1/4-1/2 turns so its not at all in the breech.
