Kicking off an HS team.

So,

How should we (our team) approach our AP/Principal? We're trying to see if we can get our school to pay for (in full, or partial) our jerseys we want to order to represent the school. Any arguments/things I should make a point out of? I already know it's statistically safer than any other sport (football, baseball, soccer) because we're non contact, and everyone is required to keep their mask on, etc. etc. What are some points to make, that haven't been heard before?

Also, when are we going to know as far as the 12-13 season? We'd like to nab a schedule and start planning the year.

Be sure to mention that it builds teamwork, and understanding of how to work together well with other people. It is very physically active, which seems obvious but might be worth mentioning in a day and age where there is major league gaming. A very mentally chalenging game both in the sense that part of paintball is outsmarting the other team, and you need to be mentally tough to contend in a serious league.

I hope to announce something very exciting about a 2012-2013 season soon.

you dont have to be officially recognized by your school to play in the NCPA.

The hard part isnt getting the school to allow it.. It is finding high school students that want to pay for something like paintball.
