1) The lucky draw will be done at PALS HQ on 1st October 2011 (Saturday). It will be witnessed by 3 representatives (AKR,PALS,KEE) and recorded. The video will be posted online here.

2) A total of 2 names will be drawn to win a trip to World Cup Asia.

3) One will be drawn by real name. (those who only provide their real name but no PBNation Name will be automatically listed under this draw).

4) One will be drawn by PbNation user name. (those who provide their PBNation Name will be automatically listed under this draw).

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
ELIGIBILITY: The “WIN A FREE TRIP! World Cup Asia 2011 - Langkawi – EVERYTHING ON US!!” Contest ("Contest") is open to all legal citizens worldwide. Minors under the age of 18 years old can participate but need their parent or guardian’s written permission and authorization. Employees, o¬cers and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, child, sibling, parent and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of The Organisers are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void outside and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
HOW TO ENTER: The Contest begins on September 20th, 2011 and runs through October 1st, 2011 (“Entry Period”). During the Entry Period, there is one (1) way to enter: online submission. No other method of entry will be accepted.

Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. The Organisers may use e-mail addresses provided via the Mail-In entry method (as applicable) for prize notification purposes.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to assign all right, title, and interest, including copyright rights, in the entry to The Organisers (AKR Events / PALS Event / KEE) and grant permission for The Organisers, the other Entities and their respective designers to publish or publicize all or part of the entry details, including but not limited to entrant’s name, in whole or in part, for advertising, promotional and trade or other purposes in conjunction with this and similar promotions in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, royalty-free, in perpetuity, without notice or permission and without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Each Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to any local land (two-way) transportation costs (in your country), meals and other expenses incurred by accepting the applicable Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. All prize details are at The Organiser’s sole discretion.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at The Organiser's sole and absolute discretion. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole and absolute discretion, stoppage or any other natural disaster that may cause the cancellation or postponement of The Paintball World Cup Asia 2011 event or exhibition

NOTIFICATION: Each potential Winner will be noti¬fied by e-mail, mail and/or telephone (in the sole discretion of The Organiser and/or the applicable The Organiser’s Entity, as applicable) by The Organiser. In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such noti¬fication within three (3) days of date of issuance, a disquali¬fication will result, Prize will be forfeited and, at The Organiser’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. Each potential Winner may be required to submit his/her valid travel document details (if applicable) and/or other identi¬fication to The Organiser and will be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Release of Publicity, within ¬five (5) days of date of issuance. A disqualification will result, prize will be forfeited and, at The Organiser’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries if all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specif-ied period of time. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website.

The Contest is a contest designed to increase consumer awareness of and interest in paintball and www.PaintballWorldCupAsia.com, the Official Site of The Paintball World Cup Asia 2011 - Final Leg of The Paintball Asia League Series 2011. This Contest may not be used for any form of gambling. In the event that the Contest is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, The Organiser reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Contest, or to disqualify Participants residing in the affected geographic areas. Sorry just to clarify, we are not as good in terms of skill level as compared to you guys.

Our D1 is equivalent to your D2/D3.

NOW I see why you're doing this. You're paying for our D1 players to come over and help your teams play better. Hence why you don't want us lower divisional players, you've already got a continent full of them.

Good luck to the D1 players entering this contest, I'm sure they could really use you over there. See the world and help some people get better at paintball at the same time, should be the opportunity of a lifetime!
