I used to love sandana then I ordered from them directly and had to wait 2 months for 2 headbands. Never wore another sandana product and refused to buy from the again. I hope if they get back up they start doing things right.

We applied and were granted a "sponsorship" by Sandana end of 2011 and purchased about $600-$700 worth. We received some of it after nearly 4 months. For the most part, the stuff we received held the quality expected, however some of the stuff (player tees especially) were quite literally falling apart. There wasn't a lock stitch in the hemming, the arms, or the collar. Every single one came out and it's now a cut off. Other than that, we didn't receive any of the trucker hats, wallets, etc. that we were supposed to get. After nearly 15-20 phone calls through out the 4 months it took to get the gear, we decided to cut out losses and deal with what we received. Especially after calling to see what had happened and being told that they "helped us out and it was time for us to return the favor."

Bad business leads to bad blood.

Unless I see a refund for only the items I didn't receive or the items themselves as well as an apology, Sandana will never see another cent from me or any team I may be apart of in the future.

Take heed for those considering their products.

We have some pants (about 10) delivered to the shop that were having various issues...3 of which had no flap sewn in to cover the zipper...

In the end, their product is ****...I'm tired of seeing "OG" pants and headbands being sold at stupid prices...All faded..Their stuff fades like mad. GAWBAGE

I agree people should switch over to Khon or one of the other companies that has been providing good customer service going forward. Hopefully most people paid through paypal(and didnt gift) and can get their money back that way or a chargebqack through their bank.

It is a shame to see a company do this within a community that has been supporting them for so long.

It was inevitable that Sandana would be ruined by bad management. I won't delve into the nightmare I dealt with directly dealing with Mr. Boswell, but I hope the company finds a legitimate business man or investor who can bring it back to life.

Unfortunately, it may be a little to late.

Good luck to all who are still waiting for product and/or their money back.

Yep I waited probably 4 months atleast for my order. And then they got mad when I filed a claim to get my money back. Glad to see they are closing down until they can manage orders. Hopefully they can make a comeback.
