im pretty sure it is the light one. i remember a while back i bought a light one from dow corning and it was identical do all the re-branded dow 33 ive seen.

honestly the only difference between any lube with dow 33 is how it is mixed, most of the time anything else will be like watery, or really thin, as to dow 33 has some consistency to it
There is a significant difference between Medium and Light Dow 33. Most of the Dow 33 based lube out there is the medium version. Examples being Sleek and Eclipse grease. The Light version has a thinner consistency much like a cross between oil and the lube your used to. I happen to like the light version for colder weather but a reapplication may be needed during play as it does not "stick" as long to o-rings and such.
