Best way to train for fast fingers

I'm new to speedball guns (is that politically correct?)
I normally use phenoms and flip the full auto switch.... But now I have an Empire Axe and I am wondering what's the best way to train your fingers?

Just do it all the time. Like tapping your fingers against things to make sure your doing it fast enough by listening to the sound. I use to wrap rubber bands around my fingers and do the motion of shooting a trigger really slow to strengthen my fingers (gigadee) but if your wanting to blast just set it to PSP Ramp mode 12.5 balls a second and sustain trigger pulls to 3 balls a second. Ramping is the easiest thing to do. There's really no need to have the skill to be able to shoot fast with your fingers anymore unless your playing NPPL due to ramping.

make sure your not holding the trigger down to long, meaning you haven't released by the time your other finger hits the trigger. in turn for what you think is going to be two shots turns into 1. i fixed this by going slow and taping the trigger guard with my nail then releasing pulling so on.... then slowly speed up and stop hitting the trigger guard.

i walk around my house quickly moving my fingers back and forth at my side. Every time i get a chance when im at school i also hod a pen in one hand just above my desk, then tap on it so it bounces and creates a trigger pull-like action

Same as what everybody said, just get in the habit of doing it 24/7. I've pretty much doubled my speed after 2 weeks of doing it constantly

Yeah I'm a pen trick fan. But as cliche as it sounds, practice makes perfect. There's no P90x for walking triggers lol, just repetition is all it is.
