At least the spacers are still good:

Didn't account for the corner radii when bent?

No, that's all good..... the little guard doesn't like to be press broke without shifting in the die, will have to bend that one on my regular break. The large one just got bent in the wrong spot all together.

Little bit of an update. I got the timing rod guard the other day, now I'm just lacking the front block guard and the reg extension..... Anyone want to sell these two pieces?

Ended up buying a complete one..... the project is up on the chopping block.

Got a good deal on a complete gun, after getting, disassembling it, cleaning it, reassembling it, this is the final product..... waiting for the ASA, should be here tomorrow.

Added a few extra features, like replacing the yellow jewel in the grips to a green one.

And my fourth Tactical, haven't quite decided what to do with this one yet.....

Any brilliant ideas? Missing reg, back block, feedneck, pneumatics, bolt, pump rod, cocking rod, timing rod, and a barrel.

Try to make it central cocking so you can eliminate any external moving parts.

What is this? Like a mid block?

Run the ram centrally, just over the banjo bolt, but under the barrel. With the pump arm running through a hole/channel through the front block and back to the bolt pin. On second thought this would take some serious milling to not get in the way of the air coming from the valve. But it could be done.

I guess you would have to run a vertical bolt pin similar to a mid block.

However, milling thebody to accept a backblock as a one piece sort of slide would be pretty awesome.

Do you happen to have any pics of this? Or links? I've built one where I channeled the slot in the side of the body out bigger and recessed the ram in the body. (Ram attached straight to back block)

I guess that's the same basic idea, just getting rid of the exposed pump arm as much as possible.

As far as pictures go I guess I could draw it out, but after looking at my STO it looks like way more trouble than it's worth. The Typhoon way is better.

The slide thing I guess you could compare to a 1911 or something. Mill down the body and then have the backblock with a slide-like extension coming off it that runs in channels milled into the body.

I was going to try to keep it as Tactical as I can...... I got an idea from another member to do it desert camo..... tan body, fb, guards, and trigger frame then do black accents everywhere else.

I am also building a bad *** Tactical pump for another member, that is another theory on this one.
