Aardvark does not carry anything for the Matrix anymore. Diablo bought all the rights to anything related to the Matrix from them. You'll have to get what you want from thematrixcenter.com.

bolt kit

Well after using my bolt kit once I have these observations. The gun can cycle way faster.....that's for sure(the new chip helps). It's also a lot more efficient.......BUT.
I find it a lot harder on paint. I mean I broke one ball ever with my stock bolt....and since I used my bolt kit once, I've already broken 2. Not good! haha
I'm gonna give it another chance, I didn't have a loose enough barrel for the paint I was using so that may have been the problem. I do notice though that the bolt kit is very sharp around the outer edge......that means it will put a lot more force into a smaller area when it clips a ball. Not good......
We shall see. If it still breaks balls....then I'm going to take it back out, put the stock bolt in and just buy a 88ci 4500 tank. I mean I bought the gun because it was so easy on paint......with the kit I'm not so sure.
Out of curiosity....has anyone ever tried using the stock bolt with the rest of the ardy internals and with the new ardy chip? is it possible? I'm willing to sacrifice some efficiency for no ball chops.

I heard that from someone "affiliated" with the matrix center. I can't really say who because it could get them into some trouble. But we were talking about Aardvark parts versus the matrix center parts and they said it didn't matter anyway because Diablo had bought the rights to everything Aardvark had for the matrix. Have you noticed on their website that nothing for the Matrix is EVER in stock? Well, there you have it.

last I checked...it was just the bolt kit. The rights to it were sold to Diablo which in turn made them for TMC to sell. But like the Trinity, I read on here that it was just an ANS Jackhammer. Since there are no patents to the Jackhammer, then really there is no issue there....at least that is what I know...if I am wrong, someone please correct me!

how would Diablo owning the rights to stuff have to do with us not having product. You don't know that Diablo really doesnt have much to do with in anymore. It's more Generation E Sports now.

So the only place you can get the bolt kit if from TMC, right? I guess it's the same for the Trinity too.

How can you tell the difference between push button and slide is that the way the gun turns on and off or something?

If you're asking how to tell the difference between push-button and slide-switch Matrixes, then it's easy. One has a push-button to turn it on and one has a slide switch. You can guess which is which.
