Yes, but there are still MVPs and world player of the year awards given in those sports. Of course these are just opinions and generally given out to the person with the best offense, unless there is an exceptional defender that year. Nevertheless there will always be a general consensus on who would be taken first in say a fantasy draft.

You can't deny Ollies ability to make critical moves, read the field, and lead a team no matter where he goes... I would have to say as an overall player he has to take it... But like many have said it is hard to say, in a sport like paintball, who is truly the best. It would be more appropriate to say who are the best players in their respective positions.

This would be a fair arguement if everyone knew who every player is. Some of the best players out there most of you hardly know. IMO the best player hands down is Mikhail Knyazev from russians. Just watch him close next event and you will see why,Other than that theres archie,glenn takemoto,jason edwards,bryan smith,Aleksandr Berdnikov, just to name a few who dont get enough credit
