I'm gUessing the items will be released at s3? I'm glad there isn't going to be such an obvious build choice for adc's and the new Ichor's is such a great idea since the current ones aren't too strong late game

These items will be released with TTL remake and will be (most likely) TTL only. This will come put before S3.

I figured it was TT only but it's still nice to see a little variety, I play it if I just want to waste time and if I play an adc, my normal build works just as well (tf/BT-ie-LW-ga-etc). So it will be interesting with something that combines a blood razor and a BT or Having a mini oracles, etc.

Well actually now that I think about it, it might be TTL only (maybe dom). Rabadon's just wasn't an option for TTL mages before. The most your build will cost at TTL is like 10,000g, over 40% of that can't go to one item. Especially when you are lacking blue so most mages need mana and CDR from items at TTL. So this will be a cheaper hat so mages can still get that % bonus ap but at a cheaper price. I agree could be fun to have at SR though it would be pretty OP there.

i think DFG is better, what more can you ask for then an instant 50% of their health gone? plus if you have a champion who can do burst (i.e. almost every mid) its an almost instant death.

was just playing tf and dfg+q+AA (with LB) was death, now i might have been a bit of a head of them, but thats still insane

It's getting a nerf. With 500 ap (which is the amount needed to make it do 50%) after the patch it will only do 40% and will be useless early game. No more rushing DFG and no more ap eve at all. And there is no CDR (according to RoG) which makes it next to useless and now all those mids whose core early and mid item was DFG are now useless early.
