Nope, my brother bought it on Steam and I played it while he was at work. Even if I had pirated it, I would ***** about it all I want.

Not trying to offend anyone here, if you enjoy the game, fine by me, it's your money, do what you want with it. But do you honestly feel that the game plays like something that has been in development for 5 years should? Do you honestly think paying hundreds of dollars to put some nails through a bat is a good gameplay mechanic?

Granted, I have only played for a few hours, but every quest was a fetch quest or an escort quest, and apparently hitting a zombie 15 times is enough to break weapons made out of steel.

I tried to enjoy the game, but I just couldn't do it (and the PC version is a bad port).

You obviously have never played WoW if you think spending 100s of dollars to put nails in a bat is rediculous then WoW is not for you lol all it is is a cash sink to keep the economy in check. But they should have worried more about dupeing then paying to put nails in a bat ill agree with you on that. But I do like the game it was fun and ive enjoyed it so I guess it was worth it Im just a die hard zombie fan tho soo im a sucker with a biased opinion....sorry for getting on your **** bro

The game lacks polish, but I still have a lot of fun with it. I'm on my new game+ and I will probably start over with a different character. And $200 for the earlier mods in the game is nothing. Later on you'll be dropping a grand for the good mods, but the game drop pretty good loot so cash doesn't really become much of an issue. Not to mention you can just dupe weapons and sell them at the shop.

The better part of the resort section of the game is fetch and escort. But once the game opens up you get some options. Like killing a survivor's infected family, I had a lot of fun doing that one.

I agree on the durability of the weapons though. The swords and axes shouldn't need to be repaired as frequently as they do.

Analogue controls are entirely too frustrating at times. And even with my durability maxed **** breaks way too ****ing easy. I can never save more than $3k due to me constantly having to buy and repair **** after EVERY quest.

The games is a decent game. But I had been waiting for it since like 2007 and i was sorely disappointed:/

also i don't like the fact that there is not plot. most zombie games for example resident evil, dead rising etc there is a plot that you are uncovering or some sort of conspiracy to expose and it makes the game interesting. but in this game the only goal is survive. explore and survive, i guess that is okay since the game is supposed to be realistic but when i play video games i want it to be like a movie, with twists and climaxes and moments that just leave me saying "holy **** where did that come from"
