Post pics of the bolt and I or someone else can tell you. Also check your upper board for screw damage. Zdspb.com has all of your shocker needs, and its a great site. Id check that site out and pretty much all of your shocker questions will be answered. If you need any further help you can get me on aim kunzy420

the upper board doesnt show signs of damage, but sometimes the button wont do anything, i can feel it click and i have to hold it down, and it changes from vision to non really fast, one time it didnt even power up for a whole day, and the vision is acting like its not registering paint. i get that stupid noise. he said he replaced the wiring harness and eye, and i cleaned it just to be sure, but everything stayed the same. this is all with a new battery of course.

Pics wont work even with that link. Check the connectors on the board..Where the wiring harness plugs in. I think its like the ninth pin thats for vision. If thats bent then you will have vision problems. All of this is on zdspb.com so check that out.

Usually the power button working intermittantly is resultant of it being damaged or worn out. The microswitches can exhibit the same "bouncing" problem as trigger switches, I've seen it a few times before.

To test the power switch take the grip frame off the body then while the two are apart plug the harness back in. Then use your thumb to gently push the on off switch in. If it still works intermittantly then its what YDNA said. If it works fine using your thumb then it is miss aligned or too far from the button in the frame. You can try placing white out on the face of the on/off switch to bridge the gap.

Did you check the pins inside the connector? Is the eye plugged in the right way?
