Do we really want Lucky that involved? I have had nothing but bad luck with the products they make(pm6 bolt, ego valve) I am willingto give the boards a try but thats it. I wouldn't use there hard parts again ever.

Yes we do. They make excellent products @ a low price and have superb customer service....I am suprised you had an issue, but im sure they would have guided you through it.

Regardless thank you for your honesty...the thread will now avoid extreme bias.

06 was the year of the Lucky Ion (well, not really, but for the sake of this post it was )

07 will be the year of the Lucky Quest!

Just bought one of the original 7 Quests (no serial number). It's going to be getting a new anno job next year, hopefully. Maybe green is moving to the top of this list to go with some Lucky parts!

Even if the Quest doesn't need upgrades the fact that upgrades exist for the marker appeals much more to someone looking to buy a new marker. Realistically the market for aftermarket parts in my opinion is much greater than that of producing markers. In general the marker body stays the same and all the parts get upgraded, people like to stay up to date with the new stuff out.

In the eyes of the consumer stock products are ok but aftermarket is always better.

On a side note i'm amazed at how much my marketting class has taught me, that wasn't even a scratch on the surface o_O

So to Lucky gogo make Quest up's!

if they can make different colored eyes, a better harness, etc. just so that we have access to something else, go for it

im all for lucky making more quest parts. my sister got me a un1tech barrel for xmas, and its freaking genious. great design, fit and finish. i am saving up for the spitfire. if they made grips(i think the lucky forum has a thread about people wanting some), barrels in the 12" length and just generally everything you could need parts for on a quest itd be great.
i think for them its more a matter of being able to ramp up production enough to meet demand to allow them to expand their offerings in general.

so, YES i think lucky parts would be great and the quest would make a solid line for them to offer parts for.

or maybe im rambling aimlessly

I think it would boost the consumer base for FEP, considering people follow upgrades.

I dont neccesarily think we need upgrades, considering quests perform awesome with one upgrade, the bolt. But more publicity thru upgrades will be great for the Quest. Just look at what lucky has done with the ion

Let's get a better feedneck with a more even clamping pressure around the neck of hoppers.

So far the only lucky products I have used is there boards and wiring harness but so far I have been impressed. My opinion really doesnt count here as I wont be owning a quest to much longer (hopfully ) But I would like to see what else lucky can do with the quest

later

we need lucky involved for sure. I think lazer eyes, bolts and pins, and harnesses need to be made.
i think it would be sick if lucky made quest parts

well, they do make some kool products and it would be nice to see more attention/options for the quest.... its hard to imagine ne type of new bolt/pink combo that could give the quest less kick/more shots than what is currently available but its nice to have options...

two things i dislike about my quest......the stock asa (which i finally just replaced).... and the feedlock... it does not hold my hopper on very tight... i mean i havent lost my hoipper mid game yet... but it does turn side to side a lot

A new tool-less bolt guide would be nice. I don't like the FEP one (too big out the back). How about a low-rise, lever clamping feedneck?
