I was at a restaurant yesterday and the waitress asked me if it was a cigarette (she saw me exhale). I told her it was a nicotine inhaler lol. If the light on the end were red, im sure i would have a lot more problems, but just that one so far.

It would vaporize before anyone could inhale it unless your point black in their face. Its not smoke so it doesnt stay in the air nearly as long.
