We used to do that too. Old spyder compact with the upgraded spring kit really gets the ball going. My old gun sounded like a buffalo rifle going off. 290 fps doesnt hurt near so much.

You have to learn to play with the fear. And nothing more scary than playing with a live cougar.

Let the adrenaline flow. Think about the game like a chess board, it will improve your game as you will be able to improve timing, staying alive longer, and movement.

We play it completely differently. We play dodge-ball. you stand in front of opposite back bunkers, completely in the open, and with alternating shots one-ball your opponent. The idea is to dodge the ball at the last second so that the ball hits the bunker behind you. You can't take a shot until you hear the sound of the ball hitting the bunker, if you get hit you get shot at again.

i was playing a one on one with my friend a couple weeks back who has an ego 7 and he had chronoed at around 320 fps and the ref didn't say anything (i found this out on the way home) and i went to bunker him, he came out the other side of the middle 50 bunker and lit me up on uncapped ramping. his gun said it was shooting a consistent 27 bps and I was definitely being shot for at least three seconds because thats what friends do right? yeah, i bled a little, but it only hurt on the way home when i was all relaxed. Adrenaline will keep it from hurting.

if thats true i would have lit him up friend or not 27bps at 320 for 3 seconds straight would be like 70 hits...i call shens

but as for the topic, youll get over it, after being bunkered for the first time i was okay for everything. You just need to man up and deal with it. and if your that worried about being bunkered play aggresive and get shot out insted of bein the last one left. but if ne1 around you plays the way i do no1 is safe from being bunkered . but if your playin rec whats the need for bunkering kids?

if you think about being hit, its gonna be worse.

when adrenaline is goin, most of the time you dont even think about any pain, until sometime after the game, or when the days over.
