If it's greasy and watery that means its getting hot at some point. Either in transport or how it's stored at the field / retail location you are getting the paint from. If they got valken, that paint is much less likely to be greasy because they put silica maxipads in every bag of paint.
Spectrum comes from the Canadian Plant and Custom Blend I believe is made at the Florida Plant. If the spectrum is bad I would think its the storage of where you bought it since the plant is so close to you. But yeah those are the two lowest grade paintballs that RPS makes so the fill being extra watery does not surprise me.
I normally shoot RPS PRemium and it's right at $55 or so a case. Sometimes its $49. Or I just try and sneak bags from XSV and pretend like im good at paintball and they sponsor me.
