I'd alter the schedule and move the "West Coast Open" to somewhere in the south like Florida or Carolina... Give the rest of the country some love. FL and the Carolinas have huge scenes.

Texas- What the hell else do we do here. If you don't play football, then you ball. Simple as that. Plus Venues are cheaper here then most of your other events. Last but not least, Texas has the largest area of any other state besides Cali, which brings locals from all over the state. ****, you put one in Houston or Dallas, even Austin and you will attract kids all they way from El Paso. Thats a 6 hour drive. It shows how large the Texas paintball scene really is.
Florida- Huge number of ballers there, plus it would be a trip most ballers would go to because of its venues and fun environment. Its the East Coast Cali. It will attract large amounts of people from the Southeast.
For the last two events these would be your best locations.

I think instead of all this bring it here stuff going on. Why don't you bring up selling points why the USPL should come to your town. And why 2000+ should take vacation time, sick days or what ever they have to do to get there
weather, attractions, night life (God I miss MGO)
would need to have enough hotels and parking close without having to drive 30 miles to get to the venue
Somewhere that doesn't cost an arm and a leg just to step out of your hotel room, and somewhere close enough to civilizaion where having all your teeth doesn't make you stick out
