At CPX and the CPL, there is no one person responsible for everything. It is a team effort and I am proud to be on an amazing team to help make it all happen.

First, I would like to thank all the players. Without these teams coming and competing, we would not have a series. We built it, and you guys came. Thank you for believing in us and thank you for all the suggestions to help make the event better and better! We always listen.

I would like to thank the refs. Chicago Warped and Chicago Heretics for stepping up and doing a great job. Thank you to Dave Wilson for always being there and stepping up. Big thanks to the PSP Refs we brought in from Blast Camp and Indiana with Vinnie from Blast Camp head reffing field one on Sunday. Added to them was the PSP Head refs Nonnie and Pigpen. You all did a fantastic job and it is nice to see the ref staff getting better than last year. Props to everything helping with the Score keeping: Honu and his guys from Ohana PB - Sky and Mikey on field one. On field 2, we had help from Chicago Heretics Jason Rangel, Sam Cundari, and XSV's Cheech.

The unspoken heroes are the guys who work hard putting everything together. The CPX Field Manager Darryl and his crew did a great job working long hours everyday to get everything setup and to keep the area clean during the event. They did their best with the weather they were given leading up and even though we started late, we finished early on one field and a little late on the other. Those refs and score keeper kept turning a burning to get us back onto schedule.

Thank you to Chris Raehl from the APPA for being on hand to run registration and schedule. You sir are the man. Another big thank you to Chris Herring from Paintball Indiana and James Miller for the air. Chris, you always do what you do and you handle anything thrown at you.

Thank you to SupAir for coming through on the upgrade kits. They have been out of stock for months and as soon as the container cleared customs and made it their warehouse, they shipped them and made it to CPX with a day to spare. Thank you to the PSP for the help with the scoreboards and I am sure the players appreciate it! Thank you to Robert Cole and Chicago Warped for providing and AMAZING sound system so we were able to keep the games rolling quickly!

And last, from me. Thank you to Ryan Spierowski and the Dagnino Family. Without all of your vision and hustling, none of this would be possible. You guys are truly some of the greats in our industry and I look forward to keeping this momentum rolling for a long time.

If I forgot anyone, I apologize.

It was a great event! Glad everything went smoothly and congrats to all of the teams who both won and played

It's awesome to see the midwest scene back on the map thanks to CPX

Great event! I don't get the smile-less ski masked AAF photos.

That's a lot of nice metal you got. You guys played great and I was merely wondering why no smiles since I thought the competition was great and thought you guys would be really happy. I didn't know the symbolism behind it just curious.

Put a call into the organization owner of damage inc. Word is he has quite the extensive collection of trophies for the team as well but no ski mask .

Fantastic event:

Refs were on point.
Things ran smoothly. (minus the air in the AM, but that was sorted quickly)
Three different kinds of paint with samples. How awesome is that?
Good competition and sportsmanship.

Felt like a mini PSP tourney. Can't wait for the Iowa event and #2!
