Crossfire vs. Ninja

Getting back into paintball and I have upgraded all my gear except for my tank. Still have a 48/30 steely. Looking into carbon fiber tanks. Right now I am looking at the Crossfire SS 68/45 and the Ninja Grey Ghost 68/45. What are the pros and cons for each, what would you recommend, or is there another tank you recommend. I will be using the tank on a dm6 if that makes a difference. Thank you for your time.

Moved to the Versus forum.

Also I would look at the Review Section of the site. As well as go through several pages of the air systems forum in general. There are a lot of comparisons between companies and over all experiences with the regulators.
Throwing in my two cents they're both great companies with great products in my experience.

Ninja. Can go from LP (450 psi) to HP (850 psi) or somewhere in between (650 psi) with just 2 set screws and 2 shims. I have Ninja regs on most of my tanks, and swear by them.

IMO, the only "advantage" for the Crossfire is that the reg is a bit shorter, but when I had my GA tank, that was my major problem with it, the reg was so short, the gauge, even being a mini gauge, caught on some of my markers frame and wouldn't go on all the way. So might have the same issue, although DM6 probably not one that would have the issue.

Both are great, but I run a Crossfire reg on an Empire/PMI tank. Shorter profile and with the LP spring, I dropped the output pressure to 450 psi. Crossfire has been around longer then Ninja has and makes quality products, so does Ninja. The Crossfire regs are usually cheaper as are the complete setups and do the same thing.

Both are great. But most will go with ninja bc of the reg adjustability. Yes crossfire will go low and high. But ninjas are able to change to between the two ranges and lower then 450

This really does sum it up. Back in the day, crossfire was THE BEST. But with the adjustable reg that goes all pressures with the same reg with no additional cost, NOONE has so far been able to compete with the flexibility of the Ninja reg, and their service is second to none, which some companies in my experience lack (rhymes with manilla bear).
