Editing Signature Help

I'm wondering how to make my signature to where when you click on one of the lines it will bring you to a picture or something. I think its called embedding?
I've seen many others do it, but I don't know how.
Any help is appreciated

you have to go to just the image you want and copy the address bar and put it after What you want it to say

I figured it out
I had to delete the "IMG" things
