Right, which is where the 5.4L (which is the GT40 block, correct?) comes in as the first of the "big bore" modular motor, then the 6.8 right? I wasn't trolling, I had never heard of anyone with a Mustang doing a 324ci motor.

the 324 is still a 281 block the 5.4 is completly different
im doing the 324 because its still light and i can still rev it to 7k+

Oh! So a 324 is a stroked 281. Gotcha. I've never heard of anyone stroking a stock block before.

A lot of people stroke them out to 302's. I haven't heard of a 324 though?

the 324 you use the "boss 281" block which is much safer than the iron or teksid blocks although its pricey

im picking up the car from the shop this week since i last had it....
New HPX PMAS MAF in 3.5 inch tube should support 1200 RWHP
Aermotive fuel pump controller
New baller tune for more powa
Fuel system all redone and relined

And when it gets home i have an 03 cobra trunk being installed along with my front bumper being repainted with 03 cobra side scoops!
