this should not be allowed, that pretty much takes the National part out of the nppl, states should have a maximum of 1 pro team, maybe then paintball would be viewed differently by espn or whoever and it might become recognized as a real sport

Yeah. They should do the same with Baseball, Basketball and Football, too. That'd be perfect for NY and CA. The Dodgers, Angels, Padres and Giants could all merge, as could the Chargers, Raiders and 49'ers.

Don't you mean One franchise to only have at maximum 1 team in each division?
IMO that's just stupid, because, with that one franchise, having two professional teams already in the events, you'll know that the franchise's teams are coming to the events for sure, and that = profit.
Having a brand new pro team, that has just sunk their feet into the pro level, might suck, and not play all the events all year =/= profit.

yea, we will have to see. But more than likely the nppl is going to do something about it.
If any of you remember in 2004 dynasty started entourage, they were originaly a pro team in the nppl in vages. The team was made so that the players on dynasty who played psp only would be able to play nppl without guesting or switching teams. This was all good till entourage and dynasty meat in the semi finals. Enourage lost alowing dynasty to move to the finals giving them the shot they needed to keep their hopes of takeing the season alive.
Entourage later became a lower division team. Now because of this already happening in the nppl I think it may not be allowed. Since both arsenal and impact are coming into their own and becoming power house teams. And if both teams meat in the finals we may see a game thats played out to one teams benifit.
But who knows, It is deffinitly a very interesting how it played out with the semi pro teams.

NPPl Rule
Only Rule is no 2 teams can be owned by the same person that is all. It was ok for XSV to have 2 teams a few years ago now its not for us. We earned our spot 2 years in a row. We had chances to buy other teams spots last year but we chose to earn it. Same with Impact and MOD, these are teams with owners who show up at every event who put alot of cash into the NPPL, these are not industry backed teams although they have sponsors, these are the teams with the deep pockets that promote the sport. Arsenal alone had 4 teams at every NPPL event this year. Next year we will have 5-6 teams from the organization at every event (that is promoting the sport and is what will keep it alive).

I agree, but i'm not sure having two franchises can get enough sponsorship not sure though.
And i am really sure they should not allow 2 pro franchises to one team, limit should be one.

Well i kinda agree with that to, But man i would hate to see a team throw a game to let the other team cruise.

I think different confrences would be sick with more pro teams and playoffs for the top national teams.. I know it woundn't happen in the near future but it'd be cool.
