just orderd my dm6!!

hey guys after months of saving money i finally orderd my dm6 with a halo B, i had a hard time deciding on a dm6 or and 06ego but i liked the sexiness on the dm6. i just want some pointers on the gun from u guys, cuz i have heard that taking right out the box and airing it up is not such a good idea. So what should i do when i first take it out of the box? lube it up? re-build it? or..

you should have gotten the ego

and when you get it, you pretty much lube it up and it should be ready to play.

you could rebuild too....if you know what you're doing....i like to do that with all my guns to make sure there wont be any problems down the road.

well one of the reasons i chose the dm6 over the ego is that my proshops gun smith is an expert on the trix and not on egos, and if i orderd the gun from the shop i would get 1 year warrenty from them. that means free repairs and stuff, and if i brought an ego in for repair it would cost me 50 bucks and about a week to get back to fixing, and for the dm6 it would be ready by the next day.

When you get it, lube the bolt up again and look for any metal shavings that are on the bolt.

No. Quality control isnt perfect, neither is mass production.
