yea see I still haven't given up on the theory that soulja boi is talented insofar that he has no talent and is consciously making one big ironic statement about the popular music industry

a long shot maybe but I still think there's a chance

Huge longshot. Absolutely huge. Like, bigger than the Grand Canyon. Bigger than the sun. Like, bigger than the universe, man!

Soulja Boy identifies his goal as making upbeat, party-themed music that avoids the negative, violent image that he sees in most hip-hop

there you have it

Cant we all just freeking let these people do what they are good at, and leave them to it? Im not a big fan of Soulja's songs, but im also not a big fan of country, In my opinion its absolutely stupid to be getting payed 200 grand + a year for whining about your old chevy truck into a microphone, but some people like it and thats why that music is out there and thats why people are getting payed to sing it. Its all in preference and I think a lot of you just need to stop viewing your opinions as facts. If you have a problem with anything I just said here take it up with my main account, Ionic Moron.

Every genre has a stereotype. Look at yours first before you complain about others. (You hit it on the money, I wasn't quoting you in a negative way)
