Problem with Marq

So I just cleaned/ lubed the bolt and when I put it back together, it would only move half way forward when I shot.
What did I do wrong?

Thanks, I fixed it. Then when I was dry firing it to make sure it was going all of the way, I shot out the pillow in my bolt.
