a few questions..

i am 6' 300 lbs give or take. Im starting a work out regiment right now im only gonna be able to go to the gym 2 times a week for about 2 hours at a time. Im not really that fat but im not skinny.. my goal is to loose weight and get more defined. Im also thinking about useing some stuff i found at a GNC type store that has ephedra in it and u just squirt some of the stuf in ur throat and go.. i want to do the whey protein thing but im afraid ill just gain weight. so my questions are should i do a protein shake or ne thing and should i only drink it when i work out or every day.. and has any one used any weight loss stuff and what seems to be the best.. also what would be a good work out for weigth loss at first then build later or a mix of the two? thanks for the help..

Create a calorie deficit with clean food. Lift hard. Do cardio with extreme intensity. Don't do anything ****ing stupid, because no offense, bad behavior is the reason you're at 300lb. Don't worry about details. Eat clean, lift hard. Ignore supplements.

Whey has been shown to aid in weight loss, but I feel like if you weigh (whey lol) 300lbs it's more urgent that you lose weight. If you're strict on your diet and exercise you can drop a considerable amount of weight relatively quickly.

You don't need anything to aid in weight loss other than exercise and diet. And it's better that you go to the gym more, for less time. I had never worked out regularly, or been able to, until recently. I'm in the gym probably 6 days a week, but it's for about an hour each day. Most times I'll ride my bike there now that I'm closer to one. But you're less likely to burn yourself out if you're in there for less time. Count calories, operate on a deficit.

www.livestrong.com is what I use, but there are sites like www.fitday.com which are basically the same. Livestrong has a better database but some people don't like operating of what is given in the label on foods, so fitday is good for that. They usually just have the generic form of most foods.

Just buy any supplement that the worker at GNC tells you too. They are pretty knowledgable.
