i make stir-fry chicken and vegetables a lot ... usually i just use chicken, onions, red+green bell peppers, a little garlic, a bunch of snow peas, and bean sprouts ... cook everything separate except for the sprouts and then throw it all back into the pan together (with the sprouts) and put a little soy sauce and some chili paste in it ... stir it up, plate it up, eat it up ... enjoy

its really ****ing good on top of some noodles or rice, but i cut most carbs out so yea ... its still delicious

I make that all the time, it is really good. I like to add some brocolli and steam it all in there for a little bit.

This can actually be quite unhealthy. Make sure you use brown rice/noodles. Soy sauce is ridiculously high in sodium too. Try to use sauces that aren't packed with salt and sugars.

i think a healthy diet requires more knowledge than just telling yourself to not eat "trash people" food.

Fine.

For breakfast eat egg whites, oatmeal, and a toast with peanut butter

snack - an apple

lunch - Ground beef/ Tuna / Veggies / or healthy turkey

snack - a protein shake

dinner - something light like chicken breast with some brown rice or some wheat pasta.

Stay away from white foods as much as possible.... white bread, white pasta, white rice. Too much starch. Dont drink soda. PERIOD! that ****s horrible for u.... no candy! NO CHIPS, No Fast food, No ice cream.

Its really not that hard.... just takes willpower. Do you have any?
