I don't see any gun using all those orings as being a dependable rental gun for outdoors. I'm sorry. One newb tosses sand coverd balls in there, then tips his gun upward getting some sand into the drive train..........kaput! There are just too many points of failure on spoolers. The "three way" trigger system being one of them. If that goes it won't be an easy fix.
Renters can do amazing things to rental guns lol. Now in a controlled environment like an indoor........perhaps I will be proven wrong. I'm just going on instinct here, I have no data either way.
One last thing....an easy and fast trigger pull is NOT what you want on rental guns. That leads to a lot of dirty, paint filled, jammed up guns. You don't want to be using electric hoppers on rentals due to replacement and battery costs, so....you want a fairly slow ROF.
We have one Enmey and we are testing it. It's too early for us to make a real determination but it has developed a leak!! We will be calling GOG today to figure out what is happening.
The good news is that everyone (customers and staff) who have used it absolutely love it.
Ditto on this.
For some reason, our Enmey we have for testing, the bolt got pretty damn worn after maybe 500-1000 shots. It did leaked but changing the orings fixed it, but the worn parts on the bolt isn't going to help the orings. It has leaked through the 3 way here and there. The 3 way disc just had to reseat itself from what it seems.
You can pull the trigger decently fast, but your timing has to be pretty good.
We do have a couple Vibes for rentals for 2+ years and they hold up very well. Worrying about the Enmey messing up isn't a real big concern. They work perfectly fine with gravity feed. Sure they chop here and there, but not often you might think.
The 3 way problem is the only thing that I can't say much about because it hasn't gone through a lot yet. I do wonder if they use the exact same disc (or armature) in Vibes/Envys. They look really identical.
One of the main criteria I use for determining how good a supplier is, is how they handle a problem when one occurs. I said earlier that the Enmey they sent me developed a leak; well I received four phone calls from four different people from GOG! They were ALL very concerned that my gun wasn't working properly and they wanted to do everything and anything they could to make it right.
They not only sent us the replacement for the part that was having a problem but they also sent another gun (the first one was a pre-production model, the second one is a production model).
Their service is superb so far and their gun is great. I ordered ten more to try out over the winter months, we are really considering adding these to our rental fleet.

I just ordered 50 of the rental Enmeys, it took some pressure but GOG confirmed that they will be able to deliver by around the middle of December.
I will let everyone know how they work out--
and for the record, their marketing scheme seems to be genius, as far as giving me one of them, they made the sale....

Ditto for me. Their marketing (and their service) worked!

[quote=fishballer06;77303533]Here's some video footage from our field with some younger kids using the eNMEy. So far, the response from the player's has been great.
how are the hoppers feeding ? do the customers have to shake much?
i have been testing one at my field since the week after world cup. This thing is AWESOME. we have been handing it out daily and taking customer feedback. Every single renter prefers this gun to our traditional rental fleet., and its taken a serious amount of abuse. It has much less kick, is quite resistant to chopping, and its easy to clean if that ever comes up.
I have one I have that I got from cup in the tech class. It's been a while since I was this impressed with the results of a marker at that price point.especially one I would consider for a rental.
I was using it in 30 degree weather all day. No issues at all.
Fishballer posted a video out at my place with some of the rental groups a few weeks back using them.
All I can say is that if you are looking for a smaller and lighter option with a fast clean up....its the best gun in .68 cal in a rental market right now.

I always thought the A-5 was a great rental marker simply because of the cyclone being sort of like a battery-less VL Revvy - still better than a shake and shoot without the need for batteries
I think the eNMEy with a Primo or a Revvy will 100% beat out the A-5 / 98 with cyclone for rentals. Even with replacing the batteries in the Revs the maintenance will take much less time.
Curious, how well does the Primo work when stacked with a eNMEy?
I paired enemy's with primo's and 48/3000 ninja tanks. Everything is going well, had a few of them go down this weekend that needed minor repairs. So far the paint usage is twice that of a 98 with gravity fed hopper.

What problems did you have with the markers? I don't like to have problems after one weekend.
