Has anyone milled their own sled for this guide yet? I'm UK and shipping parts is expensive. If i get the delrin to mill, all i need is someone to tell me their sled dimensions, right?

Removing some of the top tube so the backblock can be removed and replaced by a (half)block on top of the bottom tube.

these measurements works for me. all measurement r in inches

1" for the with
1" for the length
.50" for the height
.25" for each leg
.50" for the gap between the legs
.25" for the pull pin hole
.25" from the front of the sled to the start of the pull pin hole
sorry i forgot how big the hole for the bolt is

just to let you know, you have two different tolerances listed on the blueprints and in the thread. Obviously +.005 is better, but is +.01 acceptable?

Hey man. How have you been?

I haven't been on much lately. I just had my 2nd child last week. Jiu Jitsu and MMA have taken the place of paintball in my life. That may change though. I've been thinking about buying another old school mech and the bug may bite me again. Between work, the family, and True Fight Gear (see sig for clarification) I haven't had the time for paintball.

Electro or mech, cockers work in the same way. The only differences are in how the sear is actually tripped. So yes, you can do this to a mech cocker.

Anything different for a trilogy halfblock? or is there to much work after the fact that would make it a little pricey? My Dad has 10 mills and has used them for 15+ years so im pretty sure the dimension parts not gonna be a problem. Just wondering with the fact that trilogys are a little different. help is greatly appreciated
