Riverside sucks, but Corona isn't bad, and I know because I live here. And the PB locations are fine. 1 hour from Pev's, 5 mins from SC, 15 mins from Compound, 30 mins from HSP.

try North county san diego...Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos...area code 760...inbetween san diego and orange county...cheaper cost of living but still all the goodies of both

WTF?! its 24 minutes to SC, and 30-45 to HSP. I dont know how it takes your 40 minutes to get to SC....

if you go a little more north of the 91 and the 15 freeways,like the 60 and the 15 theres alot of new homes a alot cheaper than sd,949 and riverside area.although those are great ares to.the 60 freeway is 10 miles north of the 91.

There are area's that are farther away from OC not as desirable to live in but within a couple of hours you are in LA or ???? and sooooo much cheaper to rent.

coastal socal is for sure the place to move. As for the geography, anywhere from San Diego up to Ventura County. Check out pbreview for distances from certain zip codes. Sorry to say that just about anywhere in this area will be expensive depending on how safe you want to live. Anywhere from $500 - $2g's a month for rent. Pretty much the cheaper you go the higher crime will be. If you got the money to spend then you can find a lot of nice neighborhoods or if you plan on moving by yourself you could probably find a room for rent in someones house. THIS IS NOT A CHEAP PLACE TO LIVE.
