FSDO on 2k13'd demon
Freshly lubed. Shuttle ring in correct place. Still getting fsdo. Any ideas? I replaced the 021 orings. Sometimes after lubing the bolt and putting it back in, I only get puffs of air when I pull the trigger. I have to slowly had the gun and fire at the same time to cycle it. Any ideas? Using a ninja tank 500 psi. Stock settings. I also put the fsdo to 5 sec!!!

If by FSDO you mean it goes puff puff puff and no bang bang bang, the problem is with your shuttle, not the bolt and not your FSDO setting. Bad 23x1 or not enough thin, slick lube.

Monkey poo is a bit stickier than most. Try using Dow33 (SL33K, Dye Lube) lube, TechT Gun Salve or thin out the Monkey Poo Lube with a bit of gold cup or PB specific oil.

If you dont see any damage on the Oring it gotta be you shuttle ring is in the wrong possition because that was happening on mine when I had my shuttle ring in the wrong possition.

I looked at the diagrm closely and made sure it was in the correct position. Now when I air it up I only get puffs of air and the bolt dosent move. I have to slowly turn the asa while firing the gun to have it cycle. Any thoughts?

OK try it with out the spring. I want to see if the spring is binding on initial air up.

That's a strange one. Could it be reg creep? Maybe a quick airing up is causing a pressure spike the noid can't overcome, but if you air it up slowly and fire then the pressure never gets to high?
Battery power too low? It's not high enough to cycle at full pressure on the first shot but high enough to cycle the noid at a lower pressure to break the bolt free?
Maybe just some orings that fit too tight at full air pressure?
Perhaps the problem is in the ASA itself? Screwed in too far it blocks the air flow?
It's most likely just a tight oring somewhere though.

Battery is brand new from Frank. The last time I used it, aired straight up, but first shot would only half cycle then shoot fine. But after not shooting for about 20 seconds it would half cycle again for the first shot then shoot fine thereafter. Pretty annoying. Frank or reaper, you're thoughts on this?

i upgraded 2 demons and one of came back with FSDO, it fixed changing the FSDO Time from Disabled to 20sec and FSDO Dwell from 1.0 to 1.5, also see if bumping up your Dwell to 18 might work
My stock 2013 settings for reference:
Dwell 15
Debounce 5.0
Eye Delay 3.0
Eye Sens 10
Bolt Delay 8.0
Clearing Shot On
FSDO Time Disabled
FSDO Dwell 1.0
Loader Pulse 20ms

I had the same issue this summer, i quickly found the culprit and it was not enough lube on one of the clear orings, name not coming to me but on the inside of the can? The bolt was sticking due to not enough lube.
just looked at the diagram, 017 drive orings. Use a dow medium

Did both of these and seem to fix the problem , but on initial air up still puffs on first pull , but no problems after. So I guess I'm happy again

The 011 was catching on the grove of the bolt. I have seen this 2 times before.
