A couple weeks ago I ordered some Alpha GPC and pramiracetam. Seemed to have an alright effect, although the pramiracetam (powder) tasted like chalk even though I only used about 175mg. One thing I noticed is that my pupils dilated quite a bit, which I'm gathering is why so many claim that colors seem brighter with it. Was still looking for a bit more "punch" though, especially given the hype.

But this week I added to the mix aniracetam (about 500mg) and sulbutiamine. Holy ****. Night and day difference. Don't know which is making the big difference, and will certainly experiment, but can't believe the levels of focus increasing with this. Furthermore, even during horrendously boring meetings and dreary projects I'm staying alert and productive.

Is it worth it to add oxiracetam to the mix or anything like lion's mane, forskelin or artichoke extract?

People are babies, it is worth it. Sulb should be a staple for almost every noot stack.

Do you guys use any supplements / nootropics for studying only purposes? I've read some recommend preworkouts for focus, caffeine pills, etc. Any thoughts?

Been taking ~1g of choline citrate, ~1g of aniracetam in the morning. Along with 40mg Vinpocetine and 1g ALCAR.

Prior to heavy studying, take another ~1g of choline citrate. Some days I will take an additional 20mg Vinpocetine (for my own broscience reasons).

Prior to bed, take 50mg Zinc Gluconate and 500mg Magnesium.

Combined with my current diet, I experience virtually no "mind fog" or lack of concentration. I can read or study for hours on end without any slowing down. The mind clarity feels incredible.

Thanks man, I'll look into them. That sounds really good, does it take a few weeks to fully feel any effects (I'm not expecting something mindblowing). I've read through this thread now and it helped a fair bit.

There seems to be a ton of product out there, but I'm mostly looking at study aids. I've seen ephedrine and certain pre-workouts recommended for more immediate effects for concentration and focus, any thoughts?

The best study aid is dedication and genuine interest. I read and study for hours on end because I want to. The supplements don't give me any special abilities to concentrate. They just help me keep a clear mind for longer periods of time.

Just jumping into the Noot waters. Ordered some Noopept and have been taking it for a week. Haven't noticed much of anything yet. I'm thinking about adding Sulb, any others you suggest adding?

50-55% bacaopasides is the gold standard, how many mg are you supplementing?

I don't know, 1 pill of nutragold a day - I generally ramp dose when i do't feel anything


Vinpo is a PDE type I inhibitor, which affects cAMP

Forskolin affects adenylyl cyclase, which affects cAMP from a different direction.

Forskolin plus any cAMP type PDE inhibitor will and does have synergistic effects of almost 400% dose-for dose, of either compound alone.


People have already tried this with luteolin, but luteolin also lowers IGF-1 levels so I am avoiding it. There are better compounds which I wanted to use in combination for ogrestrength but they're too expensive.
