Major mahalo to CM2 for reffing the field Saturday while I was attending scenario game in SoCal. It also gave my regular All-Star ref crew a chance to play for the day.

Props to Jeff R. for overseeing the field ops and for being probably one of the most organized people I know. Great job!

Mahalo to my regular ref crew for stepping up and running the field without having to "circle the wagons" and phone me during my trip. How does responsibility and accountability taste thus far? Hard, you say? It's supposed to be "hard!" Hence, the weight of responsibility and accountability. Good job, young men!
