The season is winding down here. I know we have a few events left that we are going to try and play but other than that its about time for that winter break. Just a few ideas/questions I thought I would through out while it was all on my mind. One being have we put any thought into trying to secure more sponsorship's for next season? I thought M. Lowe the IV said something that maybe Kev could start looking into some things? I for one have no idea where to start on something like that. Does anyone know if our deal with Understood will still be good through next season and has anyone stayed in contact with them? I know C. Lowe is leaving for the Navy in November, have we thought about holding a tryout or asking around maybe picking up 1 or 2 more people? Grabbing Kev in the early part of the year was a steal and I was thinking that maybe if we asked around we could pick up 1 or 2 reliable people like him earlier we could gel faster. Also I <3 every one of you. Really proud of the performances we have all put out this season and looking forward to the future.
I like that idea of the try outs tom! And I too really <3 each one of you!!! This team has grown and consistently gotten better! Really looking forward to continuing this growth next season!
Connor will be back by summer. He will be in the Navy reserve. As far as tryouts...our roster will be open as always. We are looking for fast front guys. We have plenty of average speed guys who can play back and mid, but we need speed most of all. With speed we need experience and money to play. Play up our family attitude, lack of bull****, and commitment to potential recruits. We can post an open invitation for the winter and have a set tryout in the spring at OXCC. Nick is interested in playing with us again at least for 7-man and I need each of you to message me privately to let me know your thoughts on that. I would also need to know who will be back for the Spring as far as some of our inactive guys. We will contact Understood in the off season and talk to them about next year. I want to send a letter to some local businesses who might benefit from advertising at events. Connor and I talked about Troeg's Brewery. I will draft up a letter over the winter that I can send out to companies large or small. You guys think of ideas of who we could send it to. If we can get some sponsorship be prepared to give some time back ...volunteering, helping out..whatever a company would need. Mike..talk to your Dad again over the winter.

Hey guys, I was playing for Nasty down at PAP. **** fell apart, and I am looking to stay closer to home. I was wondering 1, if you guys ever have tryouts. 2, how far do you guys travel for tournaments? Thanks and I hope to hear back from someone, PM or email preferrably. FYI I live in York.
