The Giants will still be a good team. I feel like the Eagles will also be a playoff contender. The Cowboys lost like 6 games with leads in the 4th quarter last year. The only one I will put the blame on Romo will be the Lions game so don't pull that card. We have filled the holes in our secondary which was our biggest problem by far on defense. Our front 7 is fine with Ware, Ratliff, and Lee leading the way.
The Redskins will suck because they have a rookie quarterback, a runningback who isn't proven, a TE that didn't play hardly at all last year, and I don't even know who your receivers are? Santana?
Don't know much about your defense except Landry is gone, Orakpo is overrated, and Fletcher is old. Oh and that corner talks a lot.

That rookie QB will be an upgrade from our veteran QB. Also, take in to account that for 3 games (which ended up being 3 of our worst losses), John. ****ing. Beck. Was at quarterback.
The three running backs who started last season did a pretty good job, especially early on, when the offensive line wasn't completely decimated by injuries. I don't know what you mean by "a TE that didn't hardly play at all", because Cooley won't be starting and Fred Davis only missed 4 games at the end of the season.
The starting receivers will probably be Garcon and Hankerson, with Santana in the slot. Josh Morgan will probably be the 4th receiver. It's not an impressive group, to be sure, but they should be better than last year.
Landry ****ing sucked and was made of glass, Orakpo and Kerrigan should be better in their second year together, and if the team can actually get a lead now and then, they can tee off and do even better at rushing the passer. Corner and safety are still a big concern for me, and I really hope the team addresses that in next year's draft.
What upgrade did you do in the secondary? A rookie corner, and what else? The front 7 is one of the better ones in the league, yes.

Yeah, your receiving squad sucks and RGIII will have no one to throw to. Hightower was doing pretty good until he tore his ACL.
We signed Brandon Carr from the Chiefs and Poole from the Jets. Claiborne and Carr should be much better than Jenkins/Newman and half the time they were missing games last year. Poole will also be better than Ball and Abraham that we had last year.

Our special teams blocking ability is garbage.

The point is that going from 5-11 to 7-9 is more likely than going from 8-8 to 10-6.

Yeah um no. See Dallas actually has talent whereas the Redskins are a division 2 football squad haha.
And we have made improvements to our defense which cost us at least 5 games last year.

The Redskins made improvements to their offense which cost them probably 6 games last year.
You keep on discounting the fact that we ended up with 5 starters on IR (a few of them for most or all of the season), mostly on offense, with several others having injury problems, again mostly on offense. Add in the suspensions to Davis and Williams to close out the season, and the lack of depth behind those injured and suspended players, and it was just a mess of problems.

Okay? Every team has injuries. dealwithit.jpg
Romo was out a few games and was playing against the Giants in the season closer with a bruised throwing hand. Austin missed a few games with hamstring injuries. Our runningbacks were hurt a few different times. Our secondary had both corners injured at one point. DEAL WITH IT

Just now found out yall signed Martellus Bennett. I hope he busts in NY. I also hope someone lights him up running across the middle.

Worst case scenario is he continues to be a very good blocking TE and helps our run game, and we don't throw to him. And we signed him for very little money.

Like two or three years ago he showed signs of being pretty solid but wasn't the same the past year or so. I don't even know if he was 2nd on the depth chart last year. We used some other white guy named Phillips more than him I think.

I think he's just really lazy. He came into OTAs at like 291, but I think he's down to 270

20 pounds over your normal weight in the offseason is pretty bad regardless of how tall you are.

I know. I was just stating that. Not trying to fight his case.
I wish we would get rid of Mike Jenkins. He's on the PUP list right now. Dude gets up after every play acting like he pulled off the best play of his life shaking his hands.

So you're saying that if those players were not injured or suspended, the season would not have been any different at all? You're being obtuse.

Are you stupid or just like to appear that way?
I said that the Cowboys season would have better had we not lost players to injuries as well using your same argument.
But no, I doubt your record would have been much different. You still had the combination of Grossman and Beck at QB.
