I usually grab two glasses of water, one for each hand, and hold them similarly to how I would my marker. I then try to run across the yard as fast as I can without spilling the water. It helps keep your upper body steady as you move, but is no replacement for actually shooting.
Have you actually noticed any sort of improvement in your play from this?
