Please don't think i am trying to belittle you in anyway...
i did a test. Walmart paint that is frozen you can shoot at a steel beam and it will bounce off, 9 out of 10 times. Frozen Hellfire on the other hand, I can barely get it out of my gun its so brittle.

Even So... What are the oodds Someone could keep it forzen long enough to bring it the field and shoot Unless it goes from your freezer to your hooper and instantly shot. then yes you have a chance.

Otherwise i think someone would notice someone on the field with a cooler of dry ice loading frozen paintball into there marker

I've tested this as well. It depends on the paint you are using. Oil based paints will not freeze, water based paints will get rock solid.
