You know the Conservatives have done the same thing. Nixion took it so far that he had an actual written "black list" of people whom he would have the government spy on and **** with.

You can point fingers, hop up and down, and scream about what the Liberals are doing but after next election are you going to be doing the same thing when it's the Conservatives doing it? Bush had his gaffs of consequence to be sure, but he was also regularly lambasted for non-events just because there was an (R) after his name rather than a (D). Insurance cancellations haven't started yet. If his policy has already been cancelled, it's because the insurer cancelled it on their own (probably because he hit the cap). Also, the most expensive insurance I could find through the exchange for an individual in SC (Charleston) was $518 a month for a gold plan (before subsidy). So, he either isn't telling the truth, or he's being misled by his current (or former, now) insurer about the plans available to him.

As for the audit, if you actually think this random guy is a "political enemy", the Obama administration must be super bored.
