Straight from the man of the PSP. A quick search is all it took to find.

Well , I don't know what Lane was referring to but every event this past year had higher team counts.

That post is from 2010. How was business for NPPL in 2010?

My point exactly. You are angry and ignorant. Just play your league man and let people have their fun. I dont know what you were attempting to accomplish here today.

If you read the article it clearly says
"PSP's income has dropped for 5 consecutive years. I have adjusted our expenses, to the best of my ability, accordingly.
PSP's income will drop again in 2011. It will drop significantly"

I don't think you even know what your point is. You guys are using quotes from 2 years ago. Oh well... the best to ya. Maybe the NPPL can get it right this time. Maybe they can stay afloat for a year or so. Maybe. If not , see ya at the PSP events afterwards. I hope it works for you guys sake.

Alright, I just cleaned up this whole thread. People are entitled to an opinion, but let's make sure your points are well thought, lucid and sane. And stop with the insults. We don't mind a debate, but you've lost if you have to insult the other person.

The one thing i don't understand is why all the PSP supporter are so afraid NPPL could improve .
The way it works is each new team NPPL introduce to the sport is a candidate to eventually play PSP
It is stupid to not want this formula to work .
The factory threatening to only support one or the other is pure politics to cut on cost and keep higher profit
Of course they want only one league to make it more profitable
None of the leagues should care about this
restructure in different ways to offset the loss from vendors if this happen
the more league the better to introduce new players to the sport
I wish the best to NPPL that has won my heart over the ridiculous attack they endure all the time
I have never played a NPPL event and never missed a world cup for the last 6 years and played 3 seasons never missing a single event in PSP.
This year ,the players constantly trying to attack the NPPL made me re think my position and I have decided ,I will show support to NPPL now
I am sure there are more like me that just want the sport to grow and you don't grow a sport by dragging it through dirt
If PSP is so great and doing so good
It looks like our effort to help the sport has to go to NPPL
when they both are healthy the sports will be too

I have called them and they even give out pricing.... They are going to drag their feet to the point some teams are going to go play Psp because of lack of info for planning. I know my team really wanted to play this uncoached race format but our clock to make a decision is running out of time. Flights need to planned hotels rental cars hard to do with no idea of fees. Not very team friendly.

That is actually true. I have been waiting on a response to an email I sent a few days ago. I really need to make some decisions with time off from work and I don't want to be a dick and send a second email.

Both leagues are terrible with answering emails. I've sent hundreds of emails before and months later, I'd get a "Sorry about that, your emails were going to my junk folder" response. Best bet would be to call them if you want to find something out.

So if the NPPL uses the same ranking system they have been using, technically a professional or semi professional player can play any division? Or am I not reading these post's correctly?

I've played In both divisions. And enjoy both. I hate to see either one in trouble. I just love paintball.
