good deal. and you really should look into some frame milling, a slot down the middle of the trigger guard would take some easy weight off and would serve a dual purpose, making it easy to get allens in there for trigger adjustments.

I looked at the E2 frame. To be honest there really isnt that much weight to be taken off without sacraficing structure integridy. Slot in the trigger gurard is safe and I might do later on. But losing 1/10th of a ounce for 45 bucks isnt very appealing to me.

That's got an MQ in it right? That means that the entire back half has no moving parts and no air to contain.

If you want to really lose some weight, cut some gills all the way through the bottom tube, slanted forward/backward at the top. It will look cool, and take out about 30% of the remaining material in the back half of that bottom tube.

Just a thought.

45 bucks? your doing this with a dremel and files, it should cost about $10 in bits...

he's gonna have stability issues as is, i'd leave all the block there to help keep it in place so it doesn't bind.

Nice job viking thats a really sexy gun. But I think CQ is gonna have ya beat on weight. Either way that's the exact I'd had for a sexy turtle'd cocker.
