umm i curled 155 tonight

shrugs i go pretty heavy on.

and i can max out pretty much any cable cross ove station for tricep pulldowns.

indeed. no matter how heavy my bench is if i dont do push ups i can only do like 40. if i do them often 70 feels easy.
