I wouldn't use anything abrasive at all. I was trying to find something non abrasive. Ill use James' tip with the simple green. Might even try the diluted isopropyl and let evaporate. But if it damages the ano ill go wreck it Ralph on you James.

I've used rubbing alcohol before and never had any issues.
