Looks you might already have it done, but you could do it this way also:
Set ROF cap to whatever your max is. 12.5, 15, etc. (Ramp)
Dry fire the gun while incrementally turning in the manifold screw until it starts to starve.
At that point turn it back maybe a quarter to half turn and then test with paint to make sure.
At that point you should be at the lowest manifold setting currently for your gun, at the given ROF cap.
