lol random.

I've been sick for the last week, went to the gym on saturday but had no energy to actually work out. I think I just put on rather than lost.

BF prolly around 6-7%

Goal:
155 body weight while increasing strength
bench up to 235 (from 225)
100 pushups in a row
20 minute 3 mile
You need more muscle mass. Stop trying to cut, you can still make considerable gains with hard work and consistency and lose some bodyfat at the same time, but that should not be your priority the way your goals are arranged.

I'm currently training to put on some weight for summer (im a skinny kid) and I have a pretty good weight program going I think, working out all areas of my body, and doing a litttle bit of cardio on the side.

I was wondering what foods are good to eat. I'm having a lot of chicken, protein shakes, and a fair amount of red meat. Anything else I should be eating a lot of (or none of). I want to put on muscle weight, not fat (ive completely cut out soda/sugary foods, besides a glass of orange juice in the mornings)

Okay, I'm still 223 but I'm a lot smaller. All of my pants (38) fresh from the dryer are still big on me and they use to fit really well at the end of February. Soo ... it seems I've hit the lowest weight area I can achieve?

Almonds make a fantastic snack, and are delicious.

Yeah but you really need to portion them well if you don't want to overeat. I used to eat a ****load of them thinking they were healthy, but on average a serving of them is ~23 almonds which doesnt really look like much in your hand so make sure to count them out when you eat them to avoid going out of control.

True this. I used to measure them with a measuring cup to put in my salad. They are too calorie dense for me to condone eating on my current cut.

I've been plateaued hard core for 2 weeks. Added hill sprints Friday, and I'm upping the cardio this week

Down 13 lbs in about 3 weeks. Hoping to cut another 15 or so before my first race of the season, in about another 3 weeks.

It's nice to lose weight quickly, I know i can. But I get bummed knowing that when dropping quickly some of it is the good stuff.

I'm around 200 right now, and I'm cutting. I don't have a weight goal in mind, just going my appearance.
