I just purchased these cleats a week ago... used them one time on AstroTurf and this is what happened! just to let every one know when your going to purchase $80 cleats you expect them to not fall apart the first day of playing. I wasn't doing anything I shouldn't have. just walking from the staging area to the field and then back to the staging area.

I've seen this before with Exault cleats. The turf studs are very delicate, they are meant for only soft surfaces. If you will be walking on any hard surfaces, you should maybe use the more robust studs for mud.

Not saying this is okay - just saying that's "the norm" that I've observed.

This is why you buy cleats that have actual teeth built into the sole, not sneakers with some studs added on.

Get a hold of exalt about the issue but honestly those look like you've worn them more than one time..

ahhhh another sucker that bought into "paintball cleats" that are really just cheaply made golf shoes.

I use the black and green spikes on my exalt cleats on turf and out door with zero problems, in thinking of switching cause they hurt my feet in the dirt tho

yeah i wonder if you go to your local golf store and buy new spikes if you can just swap them out.

The HK Army Shredders are a significantly different type of tread

The cleats are molded, and are not replaceable like the Exault Cleats.

In defense of the Exault, a team mate of mine has a pair and loves the traction you gain from them - you just have to be sure to tread lightly on hard surfaces.

Ross has a lot of soccer turf cleats without studs for $14, why not just buy them and put in exalt spikes?
