If your gun is working fine, and is everything youre needing at the moment, then spend your money elsewhere.

If your setup is working great for the kind of paintball you play, spend your money on PAINT. Go out to the field, and play the game! Having the best gear doesn't count for anything if you can't afford to play paintball, now does it?

That's my advice.

Deffinatly avoid the "paperweight" situation. I've seen people, who get a little money saved up, and blow it all on a gun. Just the gun. Every penny. No good hopper, no good HPA tank. So they have a $1000 paperweight until they can save up even more money to get the other components needed to actually USE the darn thing.

Do NOT even THINK about spending over half a grand on a gun until you have a good forcefeed hopper, and a 4500psi HPA system FIRST.

If you're not playing tourney's, just stick with what you have. Save that money for later. In fact, I still pull out my 98c to play recball with sometimes. Just have fun with what you have. If you really want to upgrade, though, then I would suggest buying used. But that's me.
