As the title says, I'm looking for opinions of this online store from those who have used it in the past. Your thoughts on its customer service, shipping, et cetera?
PS: I've lurked this forum for awhile and have noticed a few regular posters, so if any of the regulars have any suggestions as to an alternative/ better (meaning cheaper, generally) website to use, I'd welcome your opinions.

Just conducting a general google search, it looks like they have pretty positive reviews. It also appears they have a forum with a halfway decent presence and members who care about helping out, so that's always a good sign for the website. I'd say they'd be reliable.
But I don't have personal experience with them, no. Anyone who does can feel free to chime in and refute my projection.
